I’m Katrina, your team captain — here to help you fall back in love with dance through movement that feels good. From dance-inspired sculpt workouts to dance cardio choreography, we’re reigniting that performer spark (minus the pressure).

A dancer-inspired sculpt workout that moves to the beat — literally. Tone, lengthen, and strengthen with pilates, barre, and sculpt-infused sequences, plus bursts of dance cardio to keep the energy high. Low-impact, high-vibe, and always empowering.

Where rhythm meets resistance. This slower-paced strength class uses heavier weights and music-driven movement to help you build confidence, control, and power — one rep, one beat at a time.

Your music-fueled dance party! Follow along and move to nostalgic beats that bring back your favorite memories from the studio or dance floor. No choreography stress — just high energy, feel-good fun.

Your halftime moment is back! Learn pom, hip hop, and sassy jazz choreography to nonstop music that keeps you moving. Build the full routine piece by piece, train your memory, and relive that performance rush — all while having a blast.

Alumni Dance Fitness was created for past dancers and movers who miss the feeling of being a part of something — the music, the energy, the inside jokes, and that rush of performing together. ADF is where nostalgia meets now. It’s not about reliving the past, but about honoring those memories while creating new ones that make you feel confident, connected and limitless.

Think of it as your comeback season: a space to move your body again, cheer each other on, reconnect with that expressive version of yourself and remember how good it feels to just enjoy the process.

MEET 

katrina

Katrina is a professional dancer and fitness instructor who’s passionate about helping people feel hot, strong, and fully present in their bodies. A lifelong dancer and former team performer, she knows firsthand the magic of moving together — and that’s what she brings into every class.

Now, she’s on a mission to help people reconnect with that inner dancer — the one who still lights up when the beat drops. Her approach blends movement, music, and mindset to help you reconnect with yourself — not just as the dancer you were, but as the person you want to embody NOW.

 

Expect throwback playlists, choreography and sequences that make you feel like a star and a full-body reminder of who the f*ck you are.
